OPEN STUDIO

Develop your art project

This is designed for developing your own personal projects with some guidance from our resident artists.

Please come along if you have some ceramics experience and wish to pursue a personal project, you will have your own work bench for hand building but will need to bring your own equipment (we can send you some recommendations of where to buy the tools if you need).


On hand will be one of our well qualified and experienced studio members to offer advice and guidance throughout the session.

- Allocated work space is £25

- Clay is sold in half bags as follows:

Stoneware Clay - £7

Grogged Stoneware - £7

Porcelain - £8

- If you need tools please let us know and we can arrange for you (there are some good sets available on Amazon)


- Firings and glaze are costed separately.

EMILY STAPLETON-JEFFERIS

Emily will be leading this session. She is a graduate from MA Ceramics and Glass at The Royal College of Art. She regularly teaches both children and adults at Camden Arts Centre, The Victoria and Albert Museum and Workshop 305. She specialises in hand-built Ceramics
