MONSTER MUG
Children’s Online Ceramics Workshop
This workshop will demonstrate how to use the hand-building techniques of pinching and coiling to create a
monster mug! Included in the materials box are some coloured slips so the mug can be painted too!

Children’s Online Ceramic Workshop
This workshop will demonstrate how to use the hand-building techniques of pinching and coiling to create a
bonkers bowl! Included in the materials box are some coloured slips so the bowl can be painted too!


TASTER CLASS
Adults 2.5 hour class
Learn how to make 3D Ceramic forms using traditional hand building techniques. You will make 2/3 pieces which will be fired and glazed, available to collect a few weeks later.
After a few sessions you will have the skills and confidence to join our open access session and develop your own art project.
ABOUT THE TEACHER

EMILY STAPLETON-JEFFERIS
Emily is a graduate from MA Ceramics and Glass at The Royal College of Art. She regularly teaches both children and adults at Camden Arts Centre, The Victoria and Albert Museum and Workshop 305. She specialises in hand-built Ceramics
